*Make sure to use the correct filter otherwise the coffee grounds can end up inside of you!

Step 1: Preparing The Coffee

Prep time: about 20 minutes + about another 30 minutes for it to cool off.

You will need: coffee, grinder, water, steel filter, a stainless steel pot/glass teapot, and hydrogen peroxide.

  • Boil 32 oz of water in the teapot/pot.

  • Grind the coffee until it is superfine while the water is boiling.

  • Lower the heat and add each teaspoon of coffee into the pot.

    • Keep an eye on it, it might overflow. Move it off of the heat if it does for a few seconds.

  • When all the coffee is in the pot, Bring the water back to a boil.

  • Once it comes to a rolling boil, set the timer for 4 minutes, then for 14 minutes and reduce the heat to low/medium and let it simmer.

While the coffee is simmering, make sure to clean your bucket and tube. Pour about half a cup of hydrogen peroxide and swirl it around, make sure to submerge the tip of the tubing in it as well. Drain the liquid through the tub and then rinse it all out a couple of times with fresh water and make sure you flushed out all of the peroxide. Set it aside to dry as you finish prepping.

When the timer is finished, remove the pot from the stovetop and allow it to cool to body temperature (98.6 °f) before using.

Step 2: Preparing the Scene of the Crime

While your enema coffee is simmering, you can start getting your bathroom ready for where you will be laying down during the 15 minute retention period.

Pick a place where the enema bucket can be hung or set on a counter overhead. Try to make it as cozy and relaxing as possible by laying a towel on the floor or in the bathtub. Grab a pillow, a book/magazine, and your phone. Make sure to have the coconut oil and tissue handy too.

Step 3: Perform the Coffee Enema

Transfer the coffee into the enema bucket using the stainless steel filter. Make sure your tubing clamp is closed before you start pouring!!!

Take your enema bucket into the bathroom and hang it/set it above the area you've set up - no higher than 18 inches for best results.

Before starting the enema, make sure to hold the tube over the sink, release the clap and let out all of the air and let the tube fill up with coffee, before closing the clamp. Make sure there aren’t any kinks in the tubing, otherwise it will be hard for the liquid to drain.

Now you are ready to officially begin!

Lube the tip of the tubing with coconut oil to make the insertion easy. GUESS WHAT, using too much will have the opposite problem - the end of the tube not staying in place.

Lay on your back with your legs at a 90 degree angle and gently insert about 1 to 1.5 inches of the tip of the tubing into your rectum -this should not hurt.

Start the timer for 15 minutes, lay on your right side and release the clamp to let the coffee drain into you. Ideally, you would want to empty the entire bucket but don't worry if you can't retain it all. Once all of the liquid is in you, close the clamp, remove the tubing and focus on retaining it.

If you feel gurgling and think you are going to need to release, you can always wad up some toilet paper and stick it on your butthole, and this helps your sphincter contract and hold in the liquid. There are some breathing exercises you can do and meditation can also be helpful. If it’s too uncomfortable, then release it.

It may take some time to work your way up to retain it for 15 minutes, don't worry if you can't, the goal is to do it for as long as you can safely.

If you release it early and have any liquid still in the bucket, you can try to do another round with what’s remaining.

Once your timer is finished, slowly get up and go to the toilet to eliminate the enema coffee. It’s a good idea to sit there for a few extra minutes to let it all drain out.

Step 4: Cleaning Your Equipment

Wash the tubing tip and bucket with soap then rinse it out with water. Clean it again with hydrogen peroxide like you did before using it. Rinse it out with water and set it aside to dry.

Be sure to stay around a bathroom for about an hour after you release it just in case you have a bowel movement. Let us know if you have anything crazy come out of you!!!
